Morrocan Tagine Cooking Class

Offered again this year due to popular demand!  Warming tagines, North African spices, hot mint tea...perfect food for cold winter nights.

Chef Sarah La Touche will create a three-course meal reflecting the cuisine of Morroco.  The star attraction will be a tagine dish, fragrant with spices and cooked in the oven.  You are welcome to ask questions during this informal demonstration class, and you will enjoy generous tastings of each course. 

The venue is in the kitchen for Dish magazine, located in the Epicure Trading warehouse, Parnell.  This evening class begins at 6:15 pm and finishes around 9pm.

About Sarah La Touche:

Sarah is a regular contributor to Dish magazine and Gulf News.  She has recently completed her degree in Nutrition.  Sarah was previously a demonstrator at Epicurean Workshop.  Sarah and her husband Denis lived in the South of France for many years, where they ran a B&B and cook school, Les Mimosas
