The dynamic Nici Wickes, TV personality of World Kitchen and
restaurant critic for Viva, NZ Herald, joined us on our "World in a
Day: Eastern Suburbs Foodie Discovery Tour" in August, 2010.
We got together for a coffee later to talk about how I started
Finding Flavour. She wrote such a positive article Culinary

Chef/food writer Sarah La Touche has worked with us at Finding
Flavour for the past couple of years, presenting our Seasonal
Flavour cooking classes and hosting our popular annual "French Food
Discovery Tour". Sarah lives on Waiheke (where we met) and in
this article for Waiheke's Gulf News in September, 2010 , she talks
about our meeting and her shared enthusiasm for our foodie
passion.

I happened to meet Geraldine Johns of the Sunday
