Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
We will send you a Request for Payment when we receive your Booking.
Your Booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
We will send you a Confirmation upon receipt of payment which provides details of the tour/class.
Please also refer to information on Minimum Numbers (below).
Payment
Preferably by direct payment or by cheque. Credit Card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge. Cash payment on the day is available by prior arrangement.
Cancellations and Refunds
7 days or less from the date of the tour/class: No Refund. You are welcome to send another person in your place. If we have a waiting list, then every effort will be made to find a person to take your place and you will be refunded accordingly.
More than 7 days from the date of the tour/class: We will refund the full amount.
Minimum Numbers
All tours/classes are subject to minimum numbers. If minimum numbers are not reached and the tour/class does not occur, then we will refund your payment in full.
Tour/Class Cancellations Outside of our Control
Very occasionally we must cancel/reschedule a tour or class due to reasons outside of our control. In such instances we will offer you a full refund, or a place on a rescheduled tour/class should that occur.
